JAMES S. MARLENbecame President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameron International
Corporation on June 11, 1993, and Chairman of the Board on January 1, 1995. He is currently
the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Traded on the New York Stock Exchange (AMN),
Ameron is a multinational manufacturer of highly-engineered products for construction,
industrial, chemical and energy markets. The Company operates businesses in North America,
South America, Europe and Asia. It also has several joint venture companies in the U.S. and
Saudi Arabia. Ameron is a leading producer of fiberglass-composite pipe, concrete and steel
pipe systems and specialized construction products. |
